The winners of the Masterclass Encouragement Award

Under Bridgestone's Master Class program, which recognises excellence in customer service, the encouragement award acknowledges those Bridgestone Tyre Centres and Bridgestone Selects which have made a significant improvement in all areas of their business throughout the year.

Some of the initiatives we take into account to determine the winners include Sunday trading, excellent housekeeping methods and, most importantly, exceeding customer expectations with professional attitude towards salesmanship and workmanship.
