| Dedication to customer service has helped the team at Bridgestone Tyre Centre St Albans win a prestigious prize - taking out Bridgestone's coveted award for the State Franchise of the Year for Victoria and Tasmania.
"It's the first time we have won this award so it was a nice surprise," said owner Bill Dawson, who attributes the win largely to the efforts of his staff. "To be acknowledged in this way is great reflection on our business and the whole team - their efforts have been integral to our success."
The tyre outlet has been in operation since 1986, becoming an important part of the local business community.

The team at the Huonville Bridgestone Service Centre has proved they really are the best of the best – winning Bridgestone’s coveted award for Service Centre of the Year for Victoria and Tasmania for the second year running.
The award was presented to store owners Leon and Fran Duggan at the recent State Conference in Melbourne. “It was a bit of a surprise to hear that we had won again,” Leon said.
“Hopefully we can make it three in a row next year, but we’ll just have to keep doing what we’re doing and working hard. |
